Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Authentic Strategy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our Side Hustle Package, Teach and Transform Package, Business Accelerator Package, Strategy Sessions, and The Success Lab subscription. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service-Specific Terms

a. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions, including The System Stack software subscription and The Success Lab, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

b. Side Hustle, Teach and Transform, and Business Accelerator Packages

Refunds are only available if requested before the consultation call.Once the consultation call is completed, no refunds will be processed, as customized work begins immediately after the call.

c. Strategy Sessions

Strategy Sessions are non-refundable.Clients may reschedule a session up to two times without penalty. A $50 fee applies for additional rescheduling requests.

2. Reasonable Expectations

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, clients acknowledge and agree that:

Technical issues or delays may occasionally occur.Results from using our services depend on various factors, including user inputs, adherence to recommendations, and market conditions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to ensure optimal service delivery.

3. Ownership and Software Licensing

Upon full payment, clients own the digital and physical products created for them under all packages.Ownership does not extend to The System Stack software or community platforms, which are licensed through our partner company. Monthly subscriptions for The System Stack software will be auto-renewed unless canceled directly via the client’s System Stack account or by contacting support at [email protected]

4. Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for some packages. An initial payment is due on the day of purchase, with subsequent payments due every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.Final products and services will not be delivered until payment is made in full.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Fees for The Success Lab and The System Stack are non-refundable except as required by law.Packages: Refund requests for Side Hustle, Teach and Transform, and Business Accelerator packages will not be processed after the consultation call.Strategy Sessions: Non-refundable; eligible for rescheduling per the terms above.

6. Limitations of Liability

Authentic Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue.Total liability for claims will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the past six months.

7. Force Majeure

Authentic Strategy is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or utility failures.

8. Non-Solicitation Clause

Clients agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any employee, contractor, or affiliate of Authentic Strategy during the term of service and for a period of one year following the termination of the service.

9. Marketing Permissions

Client projects will not be showcased in our portfolio or marketing materials without explicit written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.Each party is responsible for their own legal costs unless otherwise determined.

11. Termination Clause

Authentic Strategy reserves the right to terminate access to services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform. Termination includes deactivation of accounts and loss of access to all services, data, and resources associated with the account.
